Cream Cheese Sugar Cookie

Brush lightly with egg white and sprinkle with colored sugar if desired prior to baking or decorate with icing after cool. Pour additional colored frosting into pastry piping, or use a plastic sandwich bag with the tip of one corner nicked off.
